SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

1. FORCED LABOR (VOLUNTARY EMPLOYMENT)

Our company does not employ any worker under forced labor conditions. All working principles within our company are based on voluntariness. In the event that an employee wishes to leave their job, the company cannot prevent or delay this except for security-related reasons. All personal information of our employees is protected and kept confidential within the limits specified by law.

2. CHILD LABOR (UNDERAGE EMPLOYEES)

Child labor is strictly prohibited in our company. Except for mandatory situations such as internships or traineeships, the minimum age requirements determined by national and international laws are taken into consideration.

5. WORKING HOURS AND WAGES (SALARY / PAY)

Our company provides employees with competitive wages according to sectoral and local labor market conditions. Our practices regarding wages, working hours, overtime, and additional benefits are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and employment contracts. Employees are offered opportunities to improve their skills and capacities, and these efforts are supported by providing advancement opportunities whenever possible. No discrimination based on gender, religion, language, or race is practiced in matters of wages/salaries or promotion. The minimum wage applied in our company is the legal minimum wage.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our company ensures the establishment and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace environment. The company aims to minimize employees’ exposure to accidents, injuries, and any factors threatening health by creating a safe, healthy, and productive working environment and ensuring its continuity. Care is taken to provide a workplace free from violence, harassment, threats, abuse, and disturbing conditions. All occupational health and safety regulations required by law are implemented in our company.

7. COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY AND STAKEHOLDERS

Our company is committed to building relationships with stakeholders in good faith by listening to their opinions, learning from their feedback, and taking their views into consideration. In this context, employee representatives are appointed in accordance with legal regulations, allowing employees to discuss their problems with representatives and submit written feedback through suggestion boxes. Where appropriate, we are committed to establishing dialogue with stakeholders regarding workplace-related and workplace rights issues within our sphere of influence.

8. EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN NATIONAL WORKERS (FOREIGN WORKERS)

Employment contracts for foreign national employees who are employed or to be employed in accordance with our laws are prepared in a language they can understand. All personnel procedures from recruitment to termination are carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations. Workers cannot be employed under debt bondage under any circumstances. The legal rights of foreign workers regarding employment are protected by our company. Our company does not employ illegal (undocumented) workers.

9. REST DAYS AND HOLIDAYS

Our employees are not deprived of their legal rights to rest days and holidays. Employees working six days a week are granted one weekly day off.

10. RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT

Open positions needed by the company management are identified, and employment is carried out by the company management in accordance with laws and within certain rules (equal opportunity approach, leave, wages, holidays, employment contracts, etc.).

11. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (EMPLOYER AGREEMENTS)

An “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract” containing conditions appropriate to the workplace, laws, and offered to the candidate employee is prepared between our company and the person to be employed. Employees who accept the position are required to sign the “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract and Overtime Consent Form.” A copy of the employment contract is given to the employee against signature, and all rules and procedures required by the company and the job are communicated to the relevant personnel through orientation training.

12. WORK AND EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE

Disciplinary rules established by our company to ensure disciplined work are implemented. The company does not apply wage deduction sanctions under any circumstances for disciplinary purposes. All employees perform their duties in accordance with work procedure instructions.

13. YOUNG WORKERS / WORKING HOURS

Meetings between employees and the employer regarding social rights and working conditions are planned. Working hours for young workers are 40 hours per week, while working hours for employees over the age of 18 are 45 hours per week.

14. COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT / RIGHT TO UNIONIZE

Our employees are granted the right to collective bargaining and union membership. It is stated in the “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract” that employees may exercise these rights.

15. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We manage all environmental impacts arising from our activities with a sense of responsibility. In all our activities, we identify and implement all improvement and development efforts that will eliminate or minimize environmental impacts and ensure the most efficient use of natural resources.

All principles stated in this policy document are implemented through the necessary regulations, and the level of implementation is monitored by the relevant department. We consider the success of our company’s social responsibility practices as an important criterion in evaluating our corporate performance.
